Spend The Night

Originally released in 2002, Spend The Night marked The Donnas’ explosive major label debut on Atlantic Records and remains the band’s most successful and celebrated album. Following a string of cult classics on Lookout! Records, the all-female punk rock quartet stepped onto a bigger stage with a record packed full of swaggering riffs, sharp hooks and unapologetic attitude.

Loaded with fan favourites such as “Who Invited You,” “Take It Off,” “You Wanna Get Me High,” and “Pass It Around,” the album captures The Donnas at their most confident and infectious — blending garage rock energy with pop-punk punch. The record went on to reach No. 62 on the Billboard charts and introduced the band’s high-octane sound to a much wider audience.

This vinyl reissue also restores the track “Big Rig,” which appeared on the original LP pressing but was omitted from the CD version, and includes the original lyric insert complete with its memorable Freddy Krueger cameo.

Pressed on clear vinyl with canary and pink splatter, this striking edition reflects the album’s playful sleepover-party aesthetic and celebrates one of the most beloved records in The Donnas’ catalogue.
