At The Vinyl Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all unopened and undamaged records. If your vinyl arrives warped or defective, we will provide a full refund or exchange to ensure your collection sounds perfect.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack with Care
Place the record in its original specialized mailer or a sturdy cardboard box to prevent any corner dings or surface scratches during transit.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our team inspects the returned vinyl for its condition, we will process your refund or ship out your replacement within 3 to 5 business days.
